Q:When Will My Order be Shipped?

A:Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. We will deliver the goods as soon as possible and deliver the products to your hands.

Q:How Can I Cancel My Order?

A:We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.

Q:What Is Our Return Policy?

A:Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.

Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Vibrators And Dildos
  • Douche/Enema Kits
  • Anal Toys, Beads And Plugs
  • Cock And Ball Devices, Cock Rings And Cock Sleeves
  • Gags And Ropes
  • Lingerie And Men's Wear

Lubes, massage oils, condoms, and body paints are also not returnable.

Q:What if an item is defective?

A:If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. Please contact us to We will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number via email which will provide instructions on getting the product back to us. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED. We will not accept any return without one. When emailing about a defect, please state the following information, your order number, found in the top right hand corner of your invoice OR your web confirmation number along with your name and the nature of the defect. Once the defective item is received back into our warehouse (the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us), we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge once the return is received and processed. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.

Q:What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?

Q:What happens after I place an order?

A:After completing the checkout process, you will be presented with a "thank you" page displaying your online order confirmation number. This number confirms that your order has been successfully placed. We will email a copy of this online order receipt within one hour.

A:After VzZMShop has processed your order, we will send you a second email with your order number and order details. If there are any issues with your order, one of our customer service staff will contact you by phone or email.

Q:What if I did not receive an order confirmation via email?

A:You should receive a copy of the online order confirmation by email within one hour of placing your order. You will also receive an email within 24-48 hours of placing your order with order details.

Q:Can I change the shipping address?

A:We can change the shipping address as long as your order has not shipped.

Q:Is it safe to use my credit card online?

A:Yes. When you send all your personal information (including your credit card number) over the Internet using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, we encrypt it. When your browser is in safe mode, a blue bar appears at the top of the browser window and a full key or lock icon appears in the lower right corner of the window. This shows that the transaction is safe.

Q:When is my credit card charged?

A:We will obtain an authorization for credit card charges when we process your order. Authorization usually occurs within 24 hours of placing your order. Your credit card will actually be charged when your order ships (please note that when you place an order using PayPal, your payment will be processed at the time of purchase). You will not be charged for backordered items until they are ready to ship. If we are unable to obtain authorization, an Vzzmshop customer service specialist will contact you.

Q:How do I check out?

A:Once you have added all of the items you want to order to your basket, click the "Checkout" button at the top of the basket page and follow the instructions.

Q:Why am I having trouble ordering?

A:To order from our website, you need an SSL-compliant browser and your browser preferences must be set to accept "cookies". If you're accessing from a PC or Android device, we recommend using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox for best results. The Safari browser works best on Mac devices. Click on each browser name if you want to download their latest versions.

Q:Why is my shopping cart empty?

A:You may not have selected a quantity for the item you are ordering. On the product page, select the product or products you want to buy, enter the quantity you want to order, and click the "Add to Cart" button at the top of the page. This should add the selected product to your cart.

If your product still does not appear in your shopping cart, your browser may not be set to accept "cookies". Our website uses cookies to keep track of the items in your shopping cart. We do not include personal or billing information in these cookies, so there is no security risk in accepting them. You can change your browser option to accept cookies by making your browser's preferences menu selections.

Q:Can I apply multiple coupons to my order?

Q:What does "out of stock" mean?

A:Items that are not currently available for shipment are referred to as "out of stock." You can still place an order for an item that is out of stock and it will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available. (Estimated availability dates are listed with out-of-stock items - remember, these are the dates they are expected to arrive at our warehouse.) You will not be charged for out-of-stock items until the item has shipped from our warehouse.
